“Kumain ng Wasto at Maging Aktibo, Push Natin ‘To” is our
Nutrition Month Theme 2019. We celebrate this each year during the month of
July-August. Nutrition Month is a way to deliver nutrition education messages
to the public, especially the students. Our nutrition is important to us, to
take care of our health.
Nutrition Month always celebrates at every school, for students to be encourage to take care of their health. And to take care of your health, you need to eat nutritious foods, exercise, drink clean water, and have a proper diet. This will helps us to avoid illnesses.
Inside of the school, students are required to sell some healthy foods during the month and participate a dance fitness competition. This will help to students to have a proper diet which will be good to their health. By participating nutrition month celebration, will help students to improve their lifestyle and encourage them to eat healthy foods.
So before it’s too late, you should eat healthy foods rather that junk foods. You should exercise. In short, from now on, you should start living a healthy life. Health first before anything.
